Position Summary
Seeking candidates with a track record of leading the Sales team, a strong entrepreneurial personality, and solid experience in opening new accounts and running the entire sales cycle.
Job Description
- Collaborate with the Sales team to generate leads, update lead status, and identify new opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Research organizations and individuals to identify leads and explore new markets.
- Arrange executive meetings with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for executives and clients.
- Build relationships with potential clients and schedule meetings.
- Mentor and manage the sales team.
- Participate in RFPs and create business proposals.
- Develop presentations for clients and executives.
- Make cold calls and arrange client meetings.
- Maintain and update the Sales and CRM database.
- Focus on driving revenue generation.
Required Experience
- 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven record as a self-driven dealmaker.
- Extensive knowledge of the IT industry in the financial, telecommunications, insurance, and public sectors.
- Proven ability to sell complex business models and straightforward solutions to clients.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in developing sales plans for clients and accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at the executive level.

- Base Salary: $50,000
- OTE: $220,000
- Target to Attain: $700K/year, LTV 1+ years
- Starting at 8% of ACV
- Cap at $320,000 annually
- 3-month ramp-up with an unrecoverable draw
