Position Summary.
Directly reporting to VP in helping to strategies new business and generate revenue. You must have exceptional communication and presentation skills with a solid history of researching and pursuing a new business lead for the growth of the business.
Responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve leads, status, and prospect new and existing clients.
- Researching organizations and individuals to obtain leads and potential new markets.
- Contacting potential clients and partners to establish a strong rapport and set up meetings.
- Management quality to lead and mentor the sales team.
- Planning, Opening, managing, and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Participating in RFPs, RFQs and new business proposals.
- Preparing PowerPoints and presentations for executives and Clients.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Making cold calls to gain new leads and new accounts.
- Arrange executive meetings with existing and prospective clients.
- Updating the sales database.
- Screening, interviewing and selecting IT professional candidates to present to prospective clients.
- Participating in onboarding and offboarding of IT professionals with clients.
- Generating Revenue.
Requirements.
- 5-10 Years of Sales experience, and you are a deal maker and self-driven to win new business.
- Strong background in solution and delivery selling.
- Ability to lead a sales team and manage day-to-day sales activities.
- Sound knowledge of the IT industry within the financial, telecommunications, Insurance, and public sectors.
- Ability to sell creative, complex business models and easy solutions to clients.
- Track record of strong consultative and trust-based relationship understanding of Client IT / Business needs.
- Solid background in building senior-level relationships.
- Develop a Sales plan for assigned clients and accounts.
- Understands and execute BitSummit’s vision to manage and generate new revenues.
- Technically oriented and deep understanding of the IT market, Consultancies, and recruitment processes.
- Willing and capable of supporting and mentoring the sales team.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Exceptional inner personality with executive-level communication and a keen negotiator.
- Marketing and sales experience with solid experience in recruitment and contractual assignments.

Compensation Structure
- Variable Pay
- OTE: $220'000
- Base Salary: $110'000
- Target to Attain: $700K/yr, LTV 1+ years
- Starting at 8% of ACV
- Cap at $320'000 annually
- 3-month ramp-up with Un-recoverable Draw
